Online submission of warranty claims.

 5 + 2 + 2 warranty, i.e.: 5-year quality warranty for main structural parts of all products; 2-year quality warranty for scissor products; and 2-year quality warranty for boom products. The warranty excludes hoses, adhesives and fragile parts.

Lifelong free technical consulting services and regular inspection services for machine operation and maintenance.

A 6-month quality warranty is available for the purchase of accessories.
